What to Expect
We know visiting a new church can sometimes be a little intimidating - you never really know what to expect. So, to help put our visitors at ease, here are some things you will see at Gateway. |

We teach from the Bible: |
"I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile." Romans 1:16 |
We pray together aloud: |
"...They raised their voices together in prayer to God..." Acts 4:24 |
We testify publicly: |
"I will declare your name to my brothers; in the congregation I will praise you." Psalms 22:22 |
We allow the operation of spiritual gifts: |
"...When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church." 1 Corinthiahns 14:26 |
We lift our hands in praise: |
"Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord." Psalms 134:2 |
